I have not seen any video tutorials nor can I make one so try to understand...

Reasons the cfg mod won't work:

1. exec "../../../dev_usb000/COD4_MODS.cfg" file or whatever is in the wrong place
2. You didn't bypass cod4
3. Error in code so menu can't open
4. USB is not closest to the eject button on ps3 (prob. doesn't matter)

There are probably more but try to check these then follow the tutorial below:
OK so once you have your cfg file (text document) place it into the root of your usb next to your PS3 gamesave folder.
EX:
PS3 (Folder)
COD4_MODS.cfg

From there open up the cfg file using notepad++ and copy and paste my codes into it and save. ( if useing my code You must login or register to view this content.
Then exit out and open your save game and open up either GRAD0_CM/MP
Then place the code

set gpad_buttonsConfig "a"
exec "../../../dev_usb000/COD4_MODS.cfg" //if you are using my code (varies with diff ones)

into either one but not both.
After that just save and do the regular bypass process.
