Im going to try some stuff out I have a lag switch.

They probably packet injected their edited game save or update data, so they can customize there "Armor" as a car.

I heard it was a matter of lying on top of the car, and getting killed on it whilst having lag...

Wow thats insane, idk how its done, havent played the game much, but my first guess would prob be lag.
