Basically it's not really a hack its just a converter, it converts the HEX, for example 9A, then when you hit the convert (decrypt) button it changes it to what the 9A stands for= 154.

Thats all it basically does. And I really doubt you can change the CO Sad Awesome

WaW files or would would have been seeing a lot of hacks by now.
