Yes he did make an app for this, but his doesn't have an encrypter. And unlike him, I have chosen to share my app with everyone, no need to get a password to use it.

I already told EVERYONE, yes we both have a decrypter. BUT MINE HAS AN ENCRYPTER AND THE DECRYPTER IS 100x BETTER. Why? Because his can only decrypt 2 characters at a time, mine can decrypt as many as you want.
