Just go into a few games of ground war. And then go to players met and just send a friends request to everyone there. Wait for them to add you. Boom +60 random friends!! Bypass time

you have to have 60+ friends either online or offline

Wow... you have no clue what you are going to be doing trust me, you will run into so many errors and so many mistakes it will be complicated trying to get this into your brain. I will tell you what you have to do, and dont question them, just do it.
1. Add around 60 people, if you don't know how to add people, too bad.
2. Disable Auto sign in.
3. Have a good internet connection.
4. Delete the COD4 Patch.
5. Delete the COD4 Gamesave, and apply your new hacked one.
6. When you start up the game now, it will ask for Update 1.4, PRESS O.
7. as soon as the cinematics come in press the PS Button.
8. Go to "Sign In" and when it signs in, quickly press O, If you dont see " Account Management", then retry the process.
9. Once you succeed go play online.
