I've download all PC files from CoD4 and took a look in the MAP folder. I've found 3 maps there aren't in the game:
Files [/b]
Invasion (loadscreen_mp_invasion.iwi)
Hill (loadscreen_mp_hill.iwi)
Dusk (loadscreen_mp_dusk.iwi)
I was really sure the maps was planed to make them into CoD4, but there was any reason to delete it from public. Because the files are on PC, I thought the maps could be in the CoD4 PS3-Disc too and edited the savegame. Unfortunately there are Red-Blue loading screens, BUT at the map Dusk I get an loading screen!

The Maps[/u]
Invasion
Invasion was a planned multiplayer map in Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare's PC 1.6 patch. All that is known to prove its existence are two files called "loadscreen_mp_invasion.iwi" and "compass_map_mp_invasion.iwi" present in the game's source files. From its loadscreen, it appears to be a very urban city. Street signs and a poster are clearly written in Cyrillic, but the architecture of many buildings appear to be Middle-Eastern and the shadows of palm trees can be clearly made out in the minimap, making it hard to tell which factions would be included in the map.
Hill
Hill was a planned multiplayer map in Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare. All that is known to prove its existence is a file called "loadscreen_mp_hill.iwi" present in the game's source files. From its loadscreen, it appears to be an augmented take on "Heat". From this, it can be inferred that the teams were planned to be SAS vs. Spetsnaz, that it takes place in the Altai Mountain Range, and that it would support all gametypes.
Dusk
Dusk was a planned multiplayer map in Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare. All that is known to prove its existence are two files called "loadscreen_mp_dusk.iwi" and "compass_map_mp_dusk.iwi" present in the game's source files. From its loadscreen, it appears to be a small Middle-Eastern town. From this, it can be assumed that the factions would be USMC vs. OpFor and that it would support all gametypes.
The minimap of the map shows that it is nearly identical to the Call of Duty map mp_dawnville.

The savegame[/u]
Put this into GPADO_MP
set playlist "0"
set clanName "‰†‰%"
set cg_drawShellshock "0"
set melee "1"
set cg_laserForceOn "1"
set player_sprintSpeedScale "1"
set breath_sprint "1"
set player_meleeRange "1"
set player_sustainAmmo "1"
set ps3_voiceSpeakerGain "5.0"
set motd "^3Hope We will get new maps"
set perk_weapRateMultiplier "1"
set perk_weapReloadMultiplier "1"
set perk_weapSpreadMultiplier "1"
set map_loadscreen_mp_hill.iwi
bind DPAD_UP "god"
bind DPAD_DOWN "ufo"
bind BUTTON_RSTICK "say You just press'd a useless button"
bind BUTTON_X "compass_map_mp_dusk.iwi"
bind BUTTON_B "say Wrong button"
bind BUTTON_RTRIG "say You must press Square"
bind BUTTON_LTRIG "say SQUARE!"
Now copy the save to your PS3, delete patch 1.40, start CoD4, go into splitscreen, start splitscreen and when you are in the game, press Square. Now you should able to see the loading screen (and maybe your PS3 will freeze).
Alright. As I said the PS3 maybe freeze sometimes in the loading screen so there are unplayable I think. Maybe someone could editing the savegame, so the PS3 does not freeze?
All I know is that, that Dusk is not completely removed from the PS3 version because of the loading screen. Invasion and Hill are removed (I think) because there is a Red-Blue loading screen...
If you want to help to make it unfreeze, just thanks to my post here. So I now who is trying to help!
