there is no hacks anymore. If you delete the patch it will work.

Well that was before the new patch

OR

It was just a hack video for single player (which can easily be obtained in the stickies)

Your correct about IF there was hacks possible with the current patch then it will get well...patched. Due to the recent patch checks and mult connection streams it prevents all proxy server connecting and most of the transport links (uhh you still have media storage of CD/DVD, but come on... CALL OF DUTY 4 has to be inside the playstation 3 :p)
