On the wireless PS3 account do you have around 60 friends?

No it's not patched. I bypass reguarly with wireless connection, Make sure you have 60+ friends or even try a diffrent bypass method. If none of that works then move your ps3 like upstairs and your modem downstaris (far away from eachother) so you will lag more.
