This way also works very well:
When you start the game, Right after the word Activision comes together (about half a second after the noise it makes) Sign in. Then as fast as possible hit O when the patch comes up, sign back in and repeat. Sometimes I get it on my first try, sometimes it takes 10 tries. And make sure to wait 20+ seconds before you hit play online... That solved my problem I used to have when I first started hacking.
