Perks I would want in Call of Duty 4:

Perk Name: Frog Jump
Perk Description: Makes you jump as high as you can in old school.

Perk Name: Solid Snake
Perk Description: Your armor blends into the environment like in MGS4.

Perk Name: Take Cover and Shoot!
Perk Description: You can blind fire or shoot while sticking to cover. (Like GTA4 except in first person)

Perk Name: Third Person
Perk Description: You play in third person! You can switch back to first person whenever you want.

UMM I would Creat Where You Could Have Silencer And Red Dot On The Same Gun

i would make a perk tht allowed u to see in heat seeking mode so u could see people b4 the went around the corner and stuff

My thoughts of your ideas:

Frog Jump:
Errr... would kinda ruin normal ranked games because of excessive glitching. Don't get me wrong I like to glitch, but not to cheat.. Try and join a game of old school free for all where no one glitches.. it just doesn't happen (often)

Solid Snake:
Too unrealistic IMO, remember this is modern warfare, not future warfare.

Take cover and shoot:
Good idea, but shouldn't be a perk, should be a button to press while the wall

Third Person:
Again... shouldn't be a perk, but nice idea.

I'd personally like a perk to sprint faster.. not like the one to sprint or longer distances

How about a land mine perk. Better than C4 Like the mine in Combat Arms.
