You can't get rid of the enemies forfeiting timer, as of now...But anyways quit trying to screw people over and just find someone to streak with.

As soon as someone leaves press start and go to "change class" then just switch your class, you should get a message saying "Switching classes on next re-spawn" when that message appears the "enemy forfeits resets to 20 seconds. So just keep doing that until someone is joining.
