You can do this anywhere. I just tried.
Go somewhere high or with long drop (I did it in Countdown seelows). Ask your friend to do freeze jump when he is dropping. Then jump on his head and hold R1 with claymore. You can get more people down if you do it on someones head who is already dropping.
