Ill answer the question for him. A rubber band rank-up is were you and 5 other people go into a team tactical domination , no one should be killing , you put a rubber band on your anolog stick so it keeps you moving around. Then you do what you like , go shopping , chill with mates , then come back a few hours later and you will still be in the domination and when the host ends the game your bonus XP should be around 8000 - 9000 or much more if you leave it for longer.
