Last Stand and: The guy knifes you/shoots you or a teammate kills him
Friendly grenades SHOULD NOT SHOW UNLESS IN HARDCORE!
Doing headshots and: "I go first with 1 round k g2g"/Martyrdom and they act like you never died/Epic battle for first headshot/hiding/stun x3 and killing you with stuns/onandonandonandon
MARTYRDOM IS ANNOYING IN A TINY ROOM!
Back-stabbers/headshotters when sniping

Juggernoob Bitches and little kids on XBL who think they ub3r pwn on Call of Duty 4

I hate people who go inside a building then camp and kill you 50 times just when you come back to knife the bastards. Then you kill them and turn their tactic on them. Tried it once before I got Bandolier, big big mistake.
