(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); so far everytime i play COD4(Call Of Duty 4) my signel keeps on getting interupted and then i disconnect and go into the lobby.

MY thoery is that i think i may have a bandwith problem

i have a cabled connection and optimum online

this is a list of everything i have connected to my linksys router

1 computer

2 phones ( dont ask why i have 2 phones)service: Lingo ( similar to calling someone threw the internet )

1 laptop ( in use somtimes by my bro)

and my PS3

all of them are connected by an ethernet cable stright into the router

Also it seems like when someone calls me the phone uses up all of the bandwith and then i disconnect

is there anyway to keep the phone from steeling bandwith from the PS3

This never happened before when i only had my computer and Ps3 connected to the router

Back then i also used verizon so my phones werent connected threw the internet.

Plzzz help my i want to play a decent game online for once!!!!!

Short answer is no. The router for the phones gives the phone line priority (you got a new router with your phone service right?). Its designed that way so that the phone quality won't drop and the Voice over IP people won't get calls on how there serves sucks. If you can bipass the Voice over IP router with a switch and make it secondary to your PS3/Computer. I did this with mine so the PS3 signal dosn't go through the router.
