1. Go to the stairs in the back of broadcast.(The ones that go from outside on the roof to inside)

2. Get on the very top rail.

3. Aim at the puddle on the ground.

4. Jump.

No damage will be done.

I jumped out of the puddle and got damage.

Again, sorry theres no video i dont have the equipment.
