Whenever I try to play multiplayer, as soon as I click on the multiplayer option form the main screen, the screen goes black as normal, but then it freezes before I reach the multiplayer screen.

It's not a problem with the disc, I just tried it on a friend's PS3 and it worked fine. On my old PS3, it had this same problem, and I bought a new one, and this PS3 has the same problem. I think it may be a problem with the system, but 2 systems in a row?

It could be a problem with my network, but it shouldn't be. I have disabled UPnP, and I have NAT type 2.

Anyone have any suggestions on what to do? I've already tried deleting and re-downloading the patch, and I've deleted my gamesave data. Anyone have any tips on what to do? Thanks a lot

Is it the entire system freezing? If so, it's nothing to do w/ your internet connection.

The system freezes sometimes, bust most of the time it's just the game, and I've tried it with internet off and it still doesn't work.

Today I managed to get past the black screen and played one game, but then when the game ended it froze on the black screen instead of going back to the lobby.
