Gibts da e.g. no way to install the patch on the pc and the ps3 thinks it would be on the ps3 and you remain so, but playing online, but 1:00? Or, e.g. somehow on the pc to edit the patch yourself so that he is ineffective and contributes only the name of 1.40 and then install manually on the ps3 too? xD

Well I think the best and easiest way to bypass is the with the PS3 Patch Blocker program that was made by someone on this site it is posted at the Modern Warfare 2 Hacks section it is the first sticky just download that and than use it it is very easy i mean a complete retard can use it and it works 100% the only thing that is kinda weird about it... is that it signs u out like every 5 mins but all u have to do is sign yourself back in.

Yes, the patch I know already the blocker I've also used several times already but as you already say this is stupid, the one every 2nd min. will also be logged out if you can log on again. It would be very helpful if a new version of the patch would come out the blockers do not 2min. but endures min. 10min.
Then I would be very happy =-)
