Its not a glitch, all it is is that certain letters look like other letters on psn. for example my friend has a name A_Fast_Black_Guy and A_Fast_BIack_Guy. But on PSN the 'I' in the second name looks like an 'L' so its like he has 2 accounts with the same name.

Look for e.g If i want too put Im_To_Godly but some one already had that name i would put lm_To_Godly But if you look closely the I Is actualy a L But not a capital. Hope this helps

I seen this once, they were like xx_hitman_xx or something like that, but as i looked for a while i saw what the difference was
