i have pre-ordered the Digital game on PS4 will i get the Digital one for PS3 also ? if so so my friend can get it for free

I heard u can only transfer season pass and DLCs only. You need to buy the base game for both PS3 and PS4.

No that is completely wrong It's been confirmed and this guy that posted the information got it from the playstation blog. You buy on the ps3 its free on the ps4 end of.
