(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Why would they reset me I got to 15th on 4 days played and they reset me to lvl 11 with nothing just because I had double xp .....

I would not say this is impossible after looking at some examples from the XB1 leaderboard's however you would have to get in the range of 4000-9000 avg. score... The best thing you can do is take it up with their support team :p.
