To me, it looks like a UAV drone, you can also see one of the rotors of the Quadrotor. Maybe it's like a recon drone from MW3 only bigger.
I've also found a Private video from Activision, it wasn't leaked or anything, just went and looked in the source code of the Call of Duty homepage and found this:
It's a very short video and I can't really figure what it means. I've always had this thought that they might be released the PS Vita version of CoD, not a console version, maybe the "'The enemy could be anywhere" means that they are moving in real life, they could be playing CoD from anywhere, and it "could be anyone" doesn't give me tell me much, because in CoD you never know who are playing against, so doesn't say much about the PS Vita.
