So, for those of you that watched E3 yesterday, you would have seen the Black Ops 2 11 Minute Preview[/B].

So yes, the Gameplay shows that you will be using some sort of Sniper Rifle which uses X-Ray vision to help with the ability to see and kill Enemies through Walls.
Treyarch said that this Sniper Rifle will be using "Optical Technology and Electro-Magnetic Propulsion", which is actually being developed in real-life, by a Company named Metal Storm.

Anyway, back into the Gameplay!

In my opinion, this is exactly what everyone wanted for the Campaign Mode, considering the AI don't actually move and stay well-hidden (Which gets annoying, because you cannot progress unless they are dead.)
Sure this weapon will get hated, because of it makes the game 'Simple', but just because it is in Campaign doesn't necessarily mean it will be in Multiplayer, which would be better because then you won't have people who only use that gun.

Firstly, I would like to say that I actually like this gun and I think it is a great addition to the CoD franchise and I am sure it will become a very popular gun.
Secondly, To all those people who want to hate in the comments, that's fine! =D That's your opinion, and this is mine.
Finally, I will update this thread when more information about this gun is released.

Looks awesome but I have the feeling it will be the gun that pisses everyone off,lol

Definitely zooms in much faster then that lame ass black ops scope.

I'm pretty sure of the X-Ray scope will be in Multiplayer it will take a while to charge and there will be Perks to block it out so you can't be seen... GHOST PRO+!

so ya Its cool for gameplay... maybe the new Heartbeat Sensor-like weapon for black ops..

i think there will be balance to the MP. Like a perk where you cant be detected by that but still be visible for UAV's/killstreaks. Well i hope so ghost pro on BO was way to annoying.
