Taking into consideration how quick people ranked up in MW3 (2-3 months since release) and that they decided to put another 10 (sic!) prestiges i think Black Ops will have 200 level and 45 prestiges for boosters and hackers.

I think it was leaked that every 2 prestiges there will be 5 levels tacked on.
