Thanks. But I don't have MW3, noob.
Plus equipment use is not like a normal description like in Black Ops which is quicker reloads.
Black Ops description of Slight of Hand:
Ability: Gives a faster reload time by reducing your weapons reload time in half. This is extremely useful with weapons that have long reload times, like shotguns and light machine guns.
A lot more detailed.

Perks effect only your character... The attachment fast mags is pretty much Soh and the quickdraw attachment is quickdraw (fast ads).

Mod tools are different then hacks dumbass. If there were no mod tools in Cod 1 2 and 4 the game wouldn't be that popular. I think you need to kill your self but before you do that to so research before you post stupid posts.

I will not be getting the game. There is no perk on tier one or two like Blind Eye and Assassin. Variations of the two, yes, but not the same. I won't play a game unless I can be completely hidden from air support and UAV. I'm not a camper, I play all Hardcore and I believe in not being seen on enemy radar is more beneficial for the game type.
