Post: Will Elite transfer over to Blackops 2?

Now my question is, will current Elite subscriptions transfer over for Blackops 2? And will we get the DLC content, or will we have to re-subscribe with another $50 for Elite 2.0?
I am debating on if I should buy Elite now, so I can still try to enjoy Mw3 before Blackops 2 is out. If it does transfer over, I will buy.

I think it will carry over as, Ali-A was giving away some codes and he said if you activate it you will get all MW3 DLC and then also the Black Ops 2 DLC when it is released!

Nope AliA was then tweeted by a part of activision saying that it was false and you wouldn't get the black ops dlc.

When You Pay You $50 For Your Elite Your 1 Year Starts. For Ex. I got Mine Nov 2011 So It Will Expire Nov 2012. Then you WILL Have To Re-subscribe with another $50 Unless They Change The Price. So To Answer Your Question, Yes. Your Elite Will Transfer If Its Within The Year You Got Yours. If Not You Will Have 2 Re-Sub. I Will Have 2 Re-Sub.
As For The DLC, We Have No Clue What We Will Get With Elite 2.0 xD

I take it you never read Wondohs comment, Someone from Activision confirmed that the MW3 Elite Licence will not work with Black Ops 2, you will have to get a complete different licence for Black Ops 2 Elite

I think they define "year" as thr game cycle year
I am sure that even if you buy premium on October 13th your subscription won't last tol October 2013.
Obviously we wish a year meant a calendar year but chances are it doesn't. They also said monthly DLC with premium and MW3 yet that DLC didn't begin til January
I won't be buying hardened edition AND elite though. Elite Premium was stupid really. It took months to get the maps into Ground War playlists.
