Also people sometimes rage quit AFTER games. For example maybe they play a full match but realize the other team is good or in Ground War say tdm comes up. Well most Ground War players can tell you that yoi have a chance to win domination against a good team but in tdm it is harder. That 6-20 guy that captures flags and shoots down everything in dom hurts you on tdm. So a lot of times people end up joining in progress even though they could've stayed in previous lobby.

Anyways,
It sounds like a great thing until you think about the negatives such as what other people are saying: the rage quitters. It wouldn't work out. Although maybe they could do a modified version of it, such as after a team gets 6500 points in TDM (or an equivalent in other game modes), they could 'lock' the lobby to prevent a user from getting a cheap loss or even a cheap win. Or instead of locking the lobby they could lock the actual win/loss. But then again, there's a lot wrong with that plan too, so I guess keeping it the way it is is what's gonna happen.
You better ask around NGU bro. Trust me. Playing solo is no fun especially with splitscteen adding TWO worthless people at once. All the biggest things COD players whine about decrease in power dramatically when you communicate and play in parties. Some guys complain about the enemy camping, I would complain about my random teammate going 3-30 helping said camper. Get a party bro even if it is 3 of you.
