What a liar, COD isn't Full HD, its not even 720p, upscaling something doesn't make it HD.

This is on the wii. The Wii DOESN'T have HD only up to 720p so that is why this is upscaled.Ps3 and Xbox will have FULL HD

This is on the Wii U not the Wii, the Wii U does support 1080p

Why the fuck would you play on wii u when you could play on ps3 or 360? The wii u is stupid, why didnt they release it 4 years ago? Nintendo has some awesome games but their hardware sucks…
