This is real, it's from the eurogamer expo dev session, I was there as well, and these prestige emblems are real.
I will say this picture doesn't do it justice, the tenth prestige emblem is really amazing, however since its slanted you really can't see the rest of the detail.
Also once you hit tenth prestige and reach the final level you will become prestige master, however you still stay prestige 10, level 55, but will be known as a prestige master.
Vahn however was not willing to share information beyond that.

Wow they really couldn't be more creative than that? They really had to bring back the older prestige emblems.
