(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Killstreaks in BO2 will no longer be by how many kills u get but by how many points u get. Your points towards killstreaks resets every time u die. It is now called your "Score Streak"

This means that all assists will always count towards your Score Streak with out having something like hardline pro on. Capturing the flags and doing game objectives count towards your score streak also.

RC-XD - 325 Points

A small remote control car that is packed with explosives that can be detonated at anytime by user. Users can also shoot the car down.

UAV - 375 Points

Shows enemies on the radar as red dots for 30 seconds. The UAV can be shot down by the enemy.

Hunter Killer - 400 Points

Deploys a flying drone that seeks out and tries to kill the nearest enemy player or vehicle.
Works just like predator missile in mw3.

Care Package - 450 Points

Gives you a random scorestreak and sometimes ammo. The Care Package can be stolen by the enemy team.

Counter-UAV - 475 Points

Temporarily disables the enemy radar for 30 seconds - the Counter-UAV drone can be shot down by the enemy. Often used to counteract enemy UAVs.

Guardian - 500 Points

Is deployed just like a sentry gun from mw3 except it projects a microwave field that stuns enemies by slowing them down and also making their vision blurry

Hellstorm Missile - 525 Points

Lets you remote control a missile to the ground (just like mw3 predator missile) but it can be scattered into a explosive cluster bomb at will.

Lightning Strike - 550 Points

Allows you to choose three locations on the map for a coordinated lightning strike. Works just like mortar team from Call of duty Black Ops

Death Machine - 600 Points

Gives you a powerful minigun (just like in Call of duty Black Ops). It slows u down but has so much power that it can take out enemies extremely fast. It lasts until it runs out of ammo, even after dying - the Scorestreak can be reactivated and the ammo count is where you left off.

Sentry Gun - 600 Points

Once deployed, the Sentry Gun automatically attacks enemies. It can also be remote-controlled at anytime.

War Machine - 700 Points

The War Machine is a semi-automatic grenade launcher with a 6 round magazine. It lasts until all the grenades have been used, even after dying - the Scorestreak can be reactivated and the grenade count is where you left off.

Dragonfire - 725 Points

Allows you to remote-control a flying vehicle that's equipped with a lightweight machine gun. It is lightly armored, so it can be shot down by the enemy with ease.

AGR - 800 Points

The AGR (autonomous ground robot) is air-dropped into the battlefield by throwing a smoke canister. It automatically starts attacking enemies as soon as it lands. It can also be remote-controlled at anytime. The AGR is heavily armored and has a powerful machine gun and a rocket launcher.

Stealth Chopper - 850 Points

Circles around the map and hunts for enemies, but it doesn't appear on the enemy radar.

Orbital VSAT - 900 Points

Shows enemies on the radar, but also the direction they are facing - it shows the enemies on the radar in real time. The Orbital VSAT can't be shot down.

Escort Drone - 1000 Points

This flying drone follows you around the map and will attempt to kill any enemies you encounter. This works just like AH-6 Overwatch from MW3, but it's more advanced.

Warthog - 1025 Points

Calls in an A-10 Thunderbolt (a flying jet) that takes several strafe runs across the map while taking shots at enemy players.

EMP Systems - 1050 Points

Temporarily disables enemy electronics, e.g. enemy players will have no HUD (head-up display) and can't call in Scorestreak rewards.

Lodestar - 1150 Points

Allows you to guide multiple missiles from the lodestar in the air to the ground. Very similar to mw3 reaper.

VTOL Warship - 1200 Points

Allows you to be the gunner of a powerful VTOL Warship. It works exactly like the Chopper Gunner killstreak from Call of Duty: Black Ops.

K9 Unit - 1275 Points

Spawns multiple attack dogs that hunt down enemy players.

Swarm - 1400 Points

Calls in a swarm of Hunter Killer flying drones that search and kill enemies on the map.

Sum extra COOL info:
UAV
The UAV will be returning in Black Ops 2 (not a surprise, to be honest - it's been in nearly every single COD game). This was officially called "the Spy Plane" in the previous Treyarch game. During some of the Gamescom footage, you could hear the commentator informing the player that there was an enemy UAV "in the air".

Information that came from a supposed Black Ops 2 leak is shown below. Some of the information contained in the leak has been proven to be incorrect, so please take all of it with a huge pinch of salt, as none of it is official. i.e. the killstreak information below can't be verified.

It's best to put all of the killstreak information in question form at this stage:

Will the MOAB be in Black Ops 2?

According to the leak that came out last month, the MOAB will not be returning. Nor will the Nuke from MW2. Maybe Treyarch consider it to be unbalanced or maybe they feel as if it doesn't fit into their game?

Will Specialist be returning?

The Specialist strike package allows you to earn perks instead of killstreaks. If we're to believe last month's leak, then yes; it will be featured in Black Ops 2. However, it will probably be a bit different. After 8 kills, you won't be unlocking all perks. Instead, it will work like this:

After 2 kills, you will earn one perk.
When you reach 4 kills, you will be given two perks.
After you've managed to get 6 kills in a row, you'll be awarded three extra perks.
Once you you've hit the coveted 8 killstreak in Specialist, you'll earn an extra four perks.

Basically, this means that you won't be able to earn every single perk. Instead, you'll only be given 10 at the most.

Heat Vision killstreak

This is a new one. If we're to believe last month's leak, then a new killstreak called Heat Vision will be introduced in Black Ops 2. After earning "Heat Vision", your player will take out a weapon attachment and add it to his weapon. This will allow you to see other players through walls whenever you're looking down your sights. My guess is that Ghost will probably counter this killstreak. Also - it can't be attached to Shotguns. Only certain primary weapons.
