(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I just recieved a news letter from Machinima which outlined some of the rules in place for upload of Black ops 2 videos on release date.
Unlike last year you can upload gameplay at midnight Tuesday 13th November local time. Whereas last year the UK had to wait until 8am I believe.

However! there are some other rules in place.

• No Campaign spoilers are allowed to be uploaded campaign spoilers count as anything that give away the story of the game
  
• No Transit gameplay can be uploaded until the 14th November
  

These are rules that machinima sent me, and I would guess these are the same rules for all of Youtube.
If you break any of these rules you risk recieveing a copyright strike.

Thanks for the heads up. I probably won't be posting any BO2 videos until December when I get an Elgato.

Yep those are correct and you will most likely have you rights taken away to post any call of duty content at all

They want to give people a chance to discover zombies for themselves first.

Its because they have put so much effort and thought into zombies this year and they dont want it to be ruined for everyone so they are going to be holding back the post date so that they can give everyone a chance to come up with their own strategys and everything so it makes it more exciting for everyone to play
