Unlike last year you can upload gameplay at midnight Tuesday 13th November local time. Whereas last year the UK had to wait until 8am I believe.

However! there are some other rules in place.

• No Campaign spoilers are allowed to be uploaded campaign spoilers count as anything that give away the story of the game
  
• No Transit gameplay can be uploaded until the 14th November
  

These are rules that machinima sent me, and I would guess these are the same rules for all of Youtube.
If you break any of these rules you risk recieveing a copyright strike.

so is this set to a certain date or what? Or is it just on the 1st day

So do you think that this will cut down on the single player content that is uploaded out of fear of getting a copyright strike? Unless they are only counting the end of the campaign as a "spoiler".

I'm not sure what counts as a spoiler, so I'm trying to find out.

i get black ops 2 1week early and i will post zombie gameplays,multiplayer gameplays on ngu if you dont belive me im playing ac3 now 1 week early..

LoLz at the people who already got the game, videos will up in a week no doubt.

I noticed that MrROFLWaffles is meant to be getting Black Ops 2 on tuesday so its probably the Rules for him, Syndicate and others who will get it early!

And if non-Partnered people didn't know about these rules they can not do anything about it!

And Why no Tranzit gameplay, I'm sorry its Zombies it will be different for everyone!
