Lol do you understand marketing on any level? If anything, they are MILKING the money right now. Just because they add perks to buying an hot item it does not immediately mean the said item is low on sales.

I'm not going into depth of why this works, but the way EA markets is a little hint towards it.

well they would be giving more extra stuff with it that is to boost its sales which says they are either not doing well or are trying to get a rush for last minute sales it could be either and yes i do know about marketing

p.s., Treyarch/Activision have made so much $$$$ through Zombies and and Black Ops in general, that, I'm willing to bet both parties sat down in a meeting, and using a little of the revenue to promote the game more with perks.
