Ebay is a legitimate site that doesnt allow scammers they are known as a secure and safe site to use.

Yh i didnt really look into that and ebay would normally procecute the person if you dont get your money back because they cant give you a misleading title / description its illegal and you will be eligable to sue them and ebay will get the money back for you!....
