SMG:
**All SMGs have average penetration, slightly worse than ARs;
**All are Full Auto except Chicom CQB;
**Chicom & Vector seem to have "Select Fire", I am assuming making Chicom full auto and Vector burst, respectively;
**Pattern of ROF increase due to Rapid Fire seems to vary from gun to gun, which is likely a balance thing.
**Rapid Fire appears to shorten up the distance to kill. It makes a gun require another bullet to kill faster than a silencer does. Brings distance down about 375r. Deadliest close range weapon is MSMC wtih rapid fire requiring 3HK to 200r; This feels like a really good balancing effort as Ak74u with Rapid Fire too potent in BLOPS1;
**Long Barrel appears to add around 100r to the distance a certain bullet count will kill.
**All Guns 4HK minimum except MSMC & PDW, which are 3HK minimum;
