I've gone to the last 5 CoD midnight releases and I want to share my tips with you guys.

1. MAKE SURE TO GET THERE AROUND 6 PM. The gamestop employees will give you a ticket (if you pre-ordered) that has a number on it. That number is the order in line you will be.

2. Have food ready at home. You'll regret it if you don't

3. Take a nap until you are ready.

4. Take something to entertain yourself. I use my phone and text the hoes

5. Get ready for a lot of talking. For some odd reason, people kept on walking up to me last year and starting conversations with me.

6. Fuck bitches, get money, play Black Ops 2

I always put like $55 dollars down and then pay $5 at like 7 to get my ticket and leave and come back at like 11:40 PM

you actually start queueing at around 6pm? What the actual Fuck

Go at 6 to get your line for midnight, you don't gotta stay there for 6 hours lol. This is pertaining to gamestop though. At my gamestop they give free pizza and donuts and have tournaments.

Gamestop told me to show up around 9pm to pay up but no mention of a number.

I'm hoping they also separate Hardened Edition folks.

was gonna say lol, queueing 6 hours just a game is stupid.

Thank god i live in Ireland I can walk in at 12 and pick the game up without queuing.

Thats US for you, need to go way early to get early in line, I can go to my game shop at 11pm and be the first 10-15 in line ^^

You can get your number at 6 PM, go home and get back there at 11. I usually got to the wal mart across the street and mess around with my friends until its time.

They don't separate based on your version of the game. They separate the people with numbers from the people who don't have numbers. If you don't get a number, you're gonna have a bad night. That happened to me during MW2.
