If you download Nuketown 2025 of someone else,
would you still be able to access the double xp launch weekend?

No, but the double exp comes with nuketown 2025 so why wouldnt it give you double exp? They havent planned the double exp on the disc only (highly unlikely) or it is only for the psn that redeemed the code. Im 90% sure you will get double xp! Winky Winky
