I don't really like pre ordering since i'm just gonna pick it up at mid night release and if something happens and I don't want the game I don't have to go through so much trouble. Well pre ordering it gives you nuketown 2025 and double xp. I'm getting the hardened edition anyway so it will have nuketown in it. But what about the double xp? If I don't pre order it and buy the hardened edition at mid night release will I still get double xp?

i got the hardened edition, and all you get is a single code for the nuketown DLC
all hardened edition get it

not sure about the double XP, im guessing it will activate for those who install nuketown
