Best gun, perks, strategies, etc.?

From what I hear the Type 25 is said to be the ACR of the game.

Supposedly the Vector is where it's at, and the MP7 isn't as good this time around as it was in MW3.

Shotguns, I couldn't say, I haven't heard much on them, same with LMG's and Snipers, but I can tell you if you are not good at quick scopping, then don't even bother. Treyarch has made it almost impossible to do.
