ok, so this morning i got black ops 2 at 12am and then i went online and started a game of tranzit on 4.30 ofw, no hacks, nothing, just the regular hardened edition released at midnight and then i get a status error 2 seconds after the game starts, i thought it was just a time out error or some retarded shit and i got angry but then i tried for a long time to get online and since then my ps3 has been coming up with a status error about 3 times when starting bo2, just like a bo1 ban does, so apparently if these things going around are bans then ive been banned for no reason, i spoke to activision support at the online live chat at You must login or register to view this content. and the guy there was telling me that they havnt banned anyone they know of and that they havnt even started any banning yet, other than that he just told me to wait till its defcon 5 but basically my point is that if you think your banned apparently the support people are saying nobody is so hopefully we will all be able to get online soon :fa:

i dont think that will do anything because people on 4.30ofw are getting the error too along with ps3 freezing (only if starting game when signed into psn) i tried reinstalling the bo2 game data and nothing happened

This is wrong because it does not explain that fact that users like me had no problem. I have both the disc and backed up version and the disc version works perfectly and the back up version does not aka banned.
