no this is not true theres alot of legit player who cant get on btw if you chek status on bo2 its only on defcon 4 i think when it get to defcon 5 it will work for eryone

And plus the modder's aren't playing on their 3.55 CFW, 3.55.3 CFW, or 4.21.1 rebugged CFW, as because you will get banned if you go online. They play on their other playstation, their retail 4.31, as I am doing so. But I cannot even connect with the LEGIT copy of Black Ops 2. F***** Blows.

i have a 3.55 cfw ps3 aswell and i played for 25 minutes yesterday and i havent been able to play at all since + my ps3 will almost always freeze on loading screen

I have a 3.55 CFW, and haven't been able to play online. I haven't been banned on any games. I have the legit copy, plus never played it on my 3.55. Also Everyone gets a fresh chance at BO2. Bans don't carry over!!!!!

same, to get past the frozen loading screen unplug your router until you are in multiplayer/zombies menu
