It's not solely BO2 causing the freezes. All of Activision's games on PSN is having issues.

do you get the "server not available" error on BO2?

No for me last night was wierd on BO2 PS3. I would go into a domination match and it would put me in with my private match classes and it was a hardcore free for all with 18 players! I won it by getting 80 kills and ranked up to lv28 then when I came on today I was back to l25. The only time I was getting error messags joining a game was when I was in a party.
