the reason i know i am not banned:

ive made multiple accounts they got the same error as i did on my main account
i asked friends to go on it to see if they could connect, they COULD
i know people who have modded blackops 1 and they havnt had any problems like i have
thousands of people are experiencing this problem aswel.

so why the earth did i get a email saying that ive been banned?!

i was only in blackops 2 game for 3 minutes no longer and i got disconnected.

heres the email they wrote to me:

Cannot play multiplayer on Black Ops 2 with SEN ISad Awesome *********

Hello,

Thanks for contacting Activision Customer Support. This account has been banned for violating the terms of service for Call of Duty: Black Ops 2.

The company is committed to providing all gamers with the best online experience possible, and that means maintaining the game's integrity. We have a zero tolerance policy against exploitation, and this is to protect the many gamers who go online to compete and have legitimate fun. The developers have worked very hard to create a fun, competitive online environment, and we want to keep this environment clean so that the game can be played as it was intended. Users who abuse the game, such as through modding, boosting, glitching or making offensive emblems, degrade the online experience for others, and we take action to prevent this from happening.

Further information on this security and enforcement policy can be found at: _https://community.callofduty.com/message/106042032#106042032

Should you have any further need of assistance, feel free to contact us again via email or phone.

Regards,

Activision Customer Support

there email is:[email protected]

is this a legit email from them? if so i want answers! :'(

this must be of some sort against the sale of goods act, selling a game which has many bugs and error and should potentially brake a playstation 3 console by it freezing so many times, on the other hand customers where not told that they would be facing bans if your account was banned from any previous callofduty series.

if anyone else has had an email saying they have been banned, please post below.
