2.5 days have passed and none of my cases have been replied to. They packed and released a patch that didn't even solve the problem. Those who pre-ordered have lost their x2 XP. I payed 85$ for that shit!
The least they can do is give som extra content or something to those who have been harmed, but it's Activision and it's not likely to happen. Infact we know in beforehand it's not going to happen.
I understand that they are probably getting a lot of cases throughout the days, but 2.5 days waiting time? That's just wrong, so I did a little research and found a picture of their support team or support guy...
Quality picture and so true haha. However as for replying to the cases i know its no excuse they havnt replied but im sure they will have had a f**k load of tickets/ messages lol
