When you install the new patch it overwrites the old patch instead of stitching it. Thus, it deletes the maps from your data. No maps equal no Nuketown 2025 in playlist. Re-download the maps, install and it will be back.

I have had the new patch on my ps3 for a while now and have been playing nuketown after I downloaded the patch. I re-downloaded the the nuketown map and it's still not there.
