thats what I figured it was and I also though that simply was the problem.But all to many times have I been instantly killed by a sniper not aiming no where near me.Even a couple times ive had a snipe jump up above the fence(nuketown)and kill me in mid air which is 100percent bullshit as a jump is 2 seconds long and it takes 1 second to even get to scoped view.And this happens all the time.even looking back at previous games you can clearly see them aiming way off.The problem seems to be that the bullets have a wider damage area that any other bullet in the game which is why quick scoping is a problem.

Latency is the delay between sending data to two points. As a result your online game needs to factor this into the game or you get some pretty messy results.
IF you played online games back during the starting days you saw how messy the stuff could get. Not having any factors meant you needed to aim in front of people or behind it depended on who you was aiming at.
Yeah.......not very clean or smooth.
Accurate weapons say snipers go test it on LAN or in other words offline mode with bots. Your see you need to be pin point to get a kill. So what happens well no latency in offlline compared to online.
Trust me I seen some pretty BS stuff due to latency.
The reason is it done is because latency flips around as a number and not everybody has the same latency to each other. For the most part it works but sometime being on high latency can be quite painful.
Matchmaking is also a factor if you pair people with the wrong people the latency can be all over the place.
