Slow start, but by the Odysseus mission it hooked me in, as if it were like a movie. It has definitely made the transition from a shooter to an action-adventure shooter and the game honestly took a huge dump on Black Ops 1.

Definitely wasn't the best in my opinion, but still wasn't bad. The campaign really isn't the selling point of COD. But I still preferred WaW and BO campaign more.

I agree. I got really interested in this campaign and actually felt it was realistic compared to most others

It was good, a major improvement on Black Ops 1, that was a massive dissapointment.
At least it had a plot behind it, too many games nowadays contain a so called "Campaign" even though they seem to just be missions with no background.
I did enjoy the missions on BOII that were set in the past mind you, the missions in Afghanistan/Panama etc were good.

My favourite mission of any COD still hasn't changed though, All Ghillied Up from number 4 still tops them by miles for me, stealth missions all the way.

Unfortunately after playing MGS4, no stealth missions that I play comes to my expectations. Playing throughout the entire campaign in BO2, I can easily say that it was the best by far. COD 4 campaign was nice, however BO2 easily topped it in my books.

cod 4 had the best campaign out of them all. That was an epic campaign, but bo2 comes right behind it.

Yes it is the best campaign story line in the call of duty series so far, but the ending was a let down, was nothing special at all and the video at the end was dodgy. The final mission should have been something like a no parachute sky dive mid air fist fight or something like the scene from a-team with the tank falling from the sky now that would be some tragic sh*t to remember.

It wasn't too good and it wasn't too bad, it was decent. However I did like how you had choices to make throughout the campaign. That alone gave some pretty intense endings in the latter.

The only thing I hated the most was how the last mission Judgement Day felt a lot like Saints Row: The Third with the whole skydiving and dodging shit aspect.
