(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I've come to the conclusion as to why I must run in a party if I wish to play team-based game modes in Black Ops II. Because this is always my team versus the Enemy team:

To and fro the island.
What do you expect? Black Ops II has millions of players... Do you really expect a majority of them to be skilled? Like with anything, there tends only to be a small percentage of people in a given sample that are actually knowledgable and skillful. Same goes for this. So yes, more often than not, you're going to be put into a team that doesn't really know what they're doing. You can fix this easily, of course, if you have a mic.

Back when I was just getting into Call of Duty multiplayer, I would almost always listen to the guy with the mic who actually used it strategically. I knew I didn't know what I was doing, and wanted to win, and listening to people who know better than me did the trick at the time. People would respect players using microphones much more if half of them didn't use them as a means of yelling at others for no good reason.

In Flames Much?
I had a couple examples of me making a whole party rage quit due to making quite a good comeback.
So fun!!

Been examples which I'm the only person who can cap a flag/defend it along with get a positive spread.
Solo has always been annoying it why I like to roll with a small party or if I go solo don't take it serious.

^ I did try to give people call outs also.

I defeated!
I can't play solo either because I just go negative so party a must. The matchmaking puts me with players and their K.D is above mine. So if you want good stats don't play solo because you will just get owned basically.

Do a barrel roll!
It's reassuring to hear others with this problem. I can't play this game by myself because the teams I get put with are garbage. I end up with around a .9 kdr and lose every game. Something is very off with matchmaking on this game. Not to mention that I'm constantly getting screwed by lag.

This is the first COD I've seen this bad. I've max prestiged every cod starting with 4 and I'm not sure ill even try on this one because of all the bs.

Most players in Call of Duty just believe that teamwork is unnecessary so they lone wolf, but unlike previous titles in black ops 2 you are discouraging going lone wolf now.

A way to get better is to play with friends, usually that helps.

Cake is a lie
Yeah pretty much the best way to fully enjoy Call of Duty games is in a party. Black Ops 2 sometimes makes it hard for that though since I typically do better solo because parties lag so much.

People who complain about guns, camping and perks the most are usually solo guys. I mean they'll have splitscreen teammates and wannabe quick scopers who'll go negative every game and typically aren't smart enough or good enough to help with objectives. Why blame the enemy for camping or using a "cheap" gun instead of your 5-25 teammate? Playing with a team is smoother. If a guy is camping or grabbing objectives you can communicate to get things done.

It makes me laugh when solo guys come on here saying all the teammates only care about kills. My solo teammates can't get kills. I'd rather have a teammate that can get kills than a guy trying to get Diamond on his ballistic knife anyday.

There is a section of the community whether it be some Youtube players or what have you that purposely play alone. Because playing with a team that is good can easily gain you less kill. My highest kill games are always solo. So technically you can have a high kdr and spm playing solo but your wins typically suffer unless you play FFA.
So they'll complain about random teammates not being "objective" yet purposely don't play on parties

My advice would be that you play with at least two other players and avoid splitscreen teammates

I did not say I expect a majority of them to be skilled...it's really the matchmaking I am getting at. If I go into a lobby of 11 people(plus myself), 5 are prestiged along with me, the other 6 are not prestiged, I should not be put on the team with 5 non prestiged players 99.99% of the time. The matchmaking be unbalanced is what I am getting at.

As for the mic thing, that crap doesn't work. I'll be playing KC, and my team will kill and not get dogs tags as if they are playing TDM. I'll constantly yell pick up the dogs tags too. By the end of the game, I'll have picked up like 35 tags by my lonesome and we still lose the game, lol.

I feel your pain, I usually play games in a 3 or 4 man party, but we seem to get left with a split screen in a game like kill confirmed who gets a combined 5-44 and single handedly loses eventhough we almost always have permanent VSATs up, doesn't help that if I play on my own, I have to get 50+ kills and confirms to make us have a close win, skilled matchmaking is stupid as all I get is split screen idiots who half the time don't even play against a team of 5/6th prestigers bearing in mind I am 2nd prestige level 45.
