LOL'd for two reasons.
1. You wouldnt run into a sniper in real warfare, what sniper runs around in CQC?
2. Yes because no-scoping is a good idea.

Quick scoping has been bull shit ever since it was discovered way back in COD4. In COD4, and W@W it wasn't so bad, as it was discovered way later in the games life cycle. Quick Scoping is a cheap method to play and a cheap way to get kills. Most quick scopers I've seen since BO1 had ALWAYS gone negative and their team lost, then talk so much shit in the lobby like they are hot shit, even though they were at the bottom of the lobby, because they were too worried about quick scoping instead of playing the objective and going for the win. It's pathetic.

In Black Ops 1 you couldn't really quickscope at all, in Black Ops 2 it's way more balanced in my opinion. If that sniper misses that shot around the corner then you would have yourself a free kill to be honest because the time it would take him to fire that second shot would give you plenty of time to kill him. It also takes more skill in this game to quickscope then it did in previous Call of Duties. Some shots don't even go where you want them to, they also some what nerfed no scoping so I don't see how you could complain about snipers in Black Ops 2.
