Post: why are over half the black ops 2 players with headsets kids?

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); How come at least 40% of people who have headsets are kids under the age of 15?Its very annoying to get into a lobby and litterally almost everyone talkin is a kid who makes annoying sounds or sings or just keeps whistling for no reason?I almost never hear people who above the age of 21 talk even thou you gotta be 17 to buy the game?

I've died many times just trying to mute the people on my team doing annoying shit(since there is no mute all function in the game)

Is there some volume control thing where you can turn peoples voices off like Black ops 1 had?or is there a way I can make the voice chat sound not come out of my tv with out turning on my headset?

Just curious to why so many people with headsets are under 15?I cant make sense of it?Or is the game putting me in a age restricted server even thou im 24?

Tell me about it! Went into a few lobbies and every time these kids won they would change their voice pitch and say "You mad bro?" constantly!

Why are the parents of these prepubescent kids buying them a game not in there rating anyway? They should be playing Mario Kart on Wii.

I seriously cant figure out why the game is overun with kids I rarely hear a normal mature person talk I really do not understand at all? When I got this game at midnight I saw no kids in line just typical Cod players yet thats all I find.I was forced to go to walmart buy a"special"blue tooth headset and now I have to play music thru my headset to countact these kids otherwise I die from muting them.Riduclous

Parents don't care, they'll do anything to keep the kids out of there way

It's really weird, but this hasn't been a problem for me (and I'm on the Xbox Gasp). Maybe it's because I play mercenary, but most of the people with mics whenever I play are older people. Some are still immature and such, but others are okay. There's also none of the fighting crap or anything. This has been the game where I've least touched the mute button on.

The overall intelligence of parents these days is unbelievably low... that's why. anyways, if i have anything to say about it, my kids will NOT play anything over "E" rating until they're 13, and even then, only up to "T". although i doubt that will be an issue, since both of my kids are girls. xD

back on topic though, Kids these days are stupid, but their parents are even dumber.

Welcome to Call of Duty.

And no there is no way to just have the voices go through a certain output. However, as soon as you join a lobby (if you're on PS3) just hit "square" and then "Mute all but party" and it'll mute everybody in the lobby with mics except for anyone in your party. I do this every time I join a lobby regardless of who has a mic and who doesn't.
